What methods of payments do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and PayPal. We also accept checks and cashiers checks but will hold order for 14 days before shipping order. We do not accept Gift Cards.

 

What is the status of my order?  (back to top)

Once an order is shipped an email confirmation is sent to the email address in the order.  This will contain your tracking information for your package.


How long will my order take?  (back to top)

Orders are processed daily, Mon-Fri, excluding holidays. IN STOCK orders are shipped daily, Mon-Fri. EXPRESS ORDERS (these items must be In Stock) ship daily, Mon-Fri. Express Orders MUST be placed by 10:00 am PST. Items that are not in our inventory are shipped separately from various locations and normally take 3-14 business days to process and ship. If you need to know expected delivery times before placing an order, contact us at info@doggieclothesline.com and we will assist you.


What are your shipping methods?  (back to top)
We use the United States Postal Service to ship our IN STOCK orders.

  • First Class w/ delivery confirmation ~ $4.90 for 1-2 items... then $1 extra per item
  • Priority w/ delivery confirmation ~ $7.25 for 1-2 items... then $1 extra per item
  • Express 2nd Day Guarantee w/ signature confirmation ~ $27.50 for 1-2 items... extra $5 for 3-4 items... extra $10 for 5-6 items... extra $15 for 7-8 items... extra $20 for more than 9 items
  • NOTE: Orders over $50 may REQUIRE a Signature for delivery. Please consider this when entering your shipping address. We reserve the right to require a Signature for delivery on ANY order. Large orders will ONLY be shipped to the billing address.


What is the expected delivery time?  (back to top)

  • USPS First Class Mail normally arrives in 2-10 days, depending on location.
  • USPS Priority Mail normally arrives in 1-6 days, depending on location.
  • USPS Express is normally delivered the next day and requires signature at delivery time. Rural addresses may take 2 days.

Please remember to include the processing time. We ship from the West Coast. These are approximate arrival times. The United States Postal Service controls this!

Items not in our inventory will ship at specified times.

Orders to Canada:

We offer shipping to Canada of our IN STOCK items ONLY. Canadian addresses cannot go through the website checkout. Orders will be completed by phone or email. Please fill out the Shipping Quote to Canada form first. Shipping cost will depend on items ordered, weight, zip code, and type of shipping. We make every effort to respond with the shipping quote within 2-3 business days.

We ship IN STOCK items DAILY, Mon-Fri. IN STOCK orders requesting EXPRESS ship daily, Mon-Fri, if placed by 10:00 am PST.

If your order has not yet been shipped, you may revise or cancel your order by emailing or calling us.   

 

What is a SPECIALTY ITEM?  (back to top)

A SPECIALTY ITEM is not stocked by Doggie Clothesline, and is shipped by a separate distributor. These items are shipped according to the distributors own shipping method. Please allow extra time for these items to ship. Most of these items are shipped FedEx or UPS. We can only ship our SPECIALTY ITEMS within the contigeous US, this excludes Hawaii and Alaska.


Return / Exchange Policies  (back to top)

Order the wrong size or color?? Simply place an order online for the correct item(s) and return the items you don't want in original condition. Some returned items are charged a restocking fee.

Any return must be made within 14 days of purchase. 

A refund will be issued when returned in NEW-UNUSED condition, and in ORIGINAL packaging with TAGS intact. No smells or odors please. Please do not return items with the tags cut off. If tags are removed, consider giving it away as a gift to a friend instead. We cannot make exceptions to this rule. 

When shipping an item back for a refund, we recommend using delivery confirmation to track your package. Doggie Clothesline is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages.

Please use our Return Request Form for ALL returns, no exceptions. Items returned to the wrong address will not be refunded.

Important Refund/Exchange Restrictions(back to top)

Damaged items or problems with your order must be reported within 5 days of receipt. Please email us first for correct return address. All returns must be received in sellable condition to receive credit. NO returns on any personalized item. Please contact us if there are any questions concerning returns.

  • Our Dog Car Seats are shipped directly from our distributor. Returns or exchanges are charged a 15% restock fee.
  • Our Bike Baskets are shipped directly from our distributor. Returns or exchanges are charged a 15% restock fee.
  • Our Dog Life Jackets are shipped directly from our distributor. Returns or exchanges are charged a 15% restock fee.
  • Our Doggles™ items are shipped directly from our distributor. Returns or exchanges are charged a 15% restock fee. There are NO refunds or exchanges on Doggles or Sunglasses.
  • Our Puppia™ items are shipped directly from our distributor. Returns or exchanges are charged a 15% restock fee.
  • All beds, carriers & totes, mats, blankets and car seats are FINAL SALE. No exchanges or returns will be accepted, no exceptions! This policy has been implemented due to health reasons and dogs' adversions and tendencies to mark products that have the scent of another animal on them. We want to ensure that all of these products are unused for your pet!
  • All products by Pet Gear™ are FINAL SALE.
  • All products by Bowsers™ are FINAL SALE.

Other Special Order Items that ARE eligible for refund will incur a 15% restocking fee. The manufactures and distributors charge this fee and, unfortunately, this is the customer's responsibility.

** Doggie Clothesline does NOT charge a restocking fee for returns on IN STOCK items. **

SALE, CLEARANCE & SEASONAL Items  (back to top)

Seasonal items such as Halloween Costumes or Christmas Outfits are NOT eligible for refunds or exchanges.

All sales on SALE or CLEARANCE items are FINAL.
