    What methods of payments do you accept?

    We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and PayPal. We also accept checks and cashiers checks but will hold order for 14 days before shipping. We do not accept Gift Cards.

    What is the status of my order? 

    Once an order is placed you will be emailed an Order Confirmation. When we receive notice that your order has shipped you will receive a Shipping Notice with tracking, depending on shipping method.


    How long will my order take to ship?  

    Orders are processed daily, Mon-Fri, excluding holidays. Please note that your credit card is charged at time of order. Products stocked in our inventory are shipped daily, Mon-Fri. All stocked items are shipped within 3-4 business days. EXPRESS & PRIORITY ORDERS (these items must be In Stock) ship daily, Mon-Fri. Express Orders MUST be placed by 9:00 am CST. Items that are not in our inventory are shipped separately from various locations and normally take 3-14 business days to process and ship. If you need to know expected delivery times before placing an order, contact us and we will assist you.


    What are your shipping methods?  

    We use the United States Postal Service to ship our IN STOCK items.

    • First Class w/ delivery confirmation (ships within 3-4 days) ~ $4.95 for 1 item... then $.80 extra per item
    • Priority w/ delivery confirmation (ships within 2 days) ~ $8.85 for 1 item... then $.80 extra per item
    • Express 2-Day Guarantee w/ signature confirmation ~ $31.95 for 1-2 items... extra $5 for 3-4 items... extra $10 for 5-6 items... extra $15 for 7-8 items... extra $20 for more than 9 items
    • NOTE: Orders over $50 may REQUIRE a Signature for delivery. Please consider this when entering your shipping address. We reserve the right to require a Signature for delivery on ANY order. Large orders will ONLY be shipped to the billing address.


    What is the expected delivery time?

    • USPS First Class Mail normally arrives in 2-10 days, depending on location.
    • USPS Priority Mail normally arrives in 1-6 days, depending on location.
    • USPS Express is normally delivered the next day and requires signature at delivery time. Rural addresses may take 2 days.

     These are approximate arrival times. The United States Postal Service controls this! Items not in our inventory will ship at specified times.

    Do you ship to other countries?  

    No. We only offer shipping within the United States at this time. There are many regulations that come into play with worldwide shipping and we are not able to do this at this time.

    If your order has not yet been shipped, you may revise or cancel your order by emailing us.

          YES, All return requests MUST file a Return Request Form.

          Can I return Clearance & Seasonal Items

          ALL sales on Clearance items are final! We DO NOT offer refunds on any seasonal items such as Christmas or Halloween.

          Should I measure my dog?  

          Absolutely! Most of our dog clothing will require an accurate measurement for best fit. We recommend using a soft tape measure and note your pup's chest, neck and body length measurement. Measuring your dog's weight is not a reliable sizing method. There are too many variations with breed shapes. You can find more information on our Sizing Help page.

          Why do I receive an "error code" when I try to place an order? 

          If you have received an error code during the checkout process there is a problem with the billing information you entered. We are unable to provide the exact cause of the error. Most likely either the billing address is incorrect, or the 3-digit code from the back of the card is entered incorrectly. We are sorry we cannot give you the exact cause, we are not able to access the banking system. We suggest trying again, try using a different bank card, or use Paypal.

          How are refunds applied?

          All returned funds will be processed through the same method as your payment. Please allow 3 weeks after returning item for refunds to show on your bank statement or Paypal account.

          Do you sell wholesale?  

          No. We are an online retail store. We do not sell wholesale. Thank you.

          Do you have a catalog?

          We do not offer a catalog.
