We will contact you with instructions on how to make your exchange or return. Items returned to the wrong address will not be refunded. Please wait for a proper return address. Returns are accepted at the discretion of Doggie Clothesline. 

Our return policy has recently changed. We no longer hold any inventory out for a size exchange. We ask that you go through the checkout with the item in the correct size FIRST. Then make a note of the new Order Number on the Return Form. Otherwise you will be charged a restock fee of 10%. Please place your new order PRIOR to filling out this form.

Our return/exchange policy is to ensure that all of Doggie Clothesline customers receive items in new, excellent condition.

1. Returns MUST be in NEW condition, clean and free of hair and smells.
2. Returns MUST have tags still attached and must not be worn (other than to try on).
3. ALL items marked SALE are FINAL, no exchanges or refunds.
4. Custom or personalized items are FINAL SALE
5. Jewelry & hair accessories are FINAL SALE
6. ALL beds, car seats, car seat covers, bike baskets, tote or carrier bags, toys & blankets are FINAL SALE
7. We DO NOT offer refunds on Wedding apparel or Holiday items. 
8. Returns MUST be requested within 14 days of receipt of goods.
9. Please purchase the correct size you need right away. Our inventory changes daily. Return instructions will be emailed to you within 2-5 day
10. Please allow 2-3 weeks after returning item for refunds to be processed.
