This form is required for all exchange & return requests-

We will contact you in a timely manner with instructions on how to make your exchange or return. Items returned to the wrong address will not be refunded. Please wait for a proper return address. Returns or exchanges are accepted at the descretion of Doggie Clothesline. 

We charge a $4.95 return shipping fee for all exchanges. We charge a 10% restocking fee for all returns not requesting an exchange.

The exchange process normally takes about 2-3 weeks. If you need your item sooner please contact us for special instructions.

Our return/exchange policy is to ensure that all of Doggie Clothesline customers recieve items in new, excellent condition.

1. Exchanges or Returns MUST be in NEW condition, clean and free of hair and smells.
2. Exchanges or Returns MUST have tags still attached.
3. Clearance items are FINAL SALE
4. Custom or personalized items are FINAL SALE
5. Jewelry & hair accessories are FINAL SALE
6. ALL size exchanges carry an exchange fee of $4.95 to cover return shipping costs.
   
7. ALL beds, car seats, car seat covers, bike baskets, tote or carrier bags & blankets are FINAL SALE
   
8. We DO NOT offer returns or refunds on wedding apparel or Halloween + Christmas costumes. We will only offer a size exchange.
   
9. Returns MUST be requested within 14 days of receipt of goods.
   
10. Items being returned for an exchange must include original invoice with new size request clearly written on it.
