This Lavender & Lace Polka Dot Harness Dress is by Doggie Design. The perfect combination for that little "girlie" girl in your life.

Made from 100% lightweight cotton, we've added an adorable two tiered skirt and a collar trimmed in delicate lace.
For strength and security, there is a strip of Super Strong Nylon down the center, where the D-Ring is attached.

This set come complete with a matching leash AND hairpiece (this pretty accessory can be worn as a little hat, or around the neck as a collar).

**Matching Ruffled Panties also available. These really complete the outfit!
