Happy Turtle Jumper 4-Piece Dress Set-

This is such a darling dress. It is made in a bubble gum colored polka dot pink fabric. The contrasting fabric is white with pink polka dots on it. There is a beautiful scroll heart embroidered on the top portion of the dress. There is an adorable “Happy Turtle” holding a flower embroidered on the bottom of the skirt.

The dress has a double ruffle skirt with rick-rack trim. It has an added D-ring for easy leash access.
