Made from 100% cotton, this dress features a round collar with rick-rack edging. It also features a smocked bodice, tie waist belt and two pouch pockets with dainty bows on each side of the shirred skirt. It is fully lined to help prevent your girl's hair from matting, plus helping to retain the shape of this gorgeous dress.
