Please follow our simple rules for returns ~

Proper measurement is the BEST way to avoid returns due to sizing issues.

We provide sizing charts for all of our designer dog clothes. In the event that you have purchased the wrong size, simply place an order online for the correct item(s) and return the items you don't want in their original condition.  The original credit card used for the purchase will be credited for returned items, minus shipping.

We do not offer exchanges. Please use our Return Form below.

• Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt.
• We ONLY offer refunds if item is returned in original, unused condition, tags attached, no smells, and in original packaging.
• Doggie Clothesline is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages.
• Doggie Clothesline does NOT charge a restocking fee for returns on IN STOCK items from our inventory.
  
• The customer is responsible for ALL return shipping costs.
• Returns are accepted solely at our discretion.
  

  All defective, damaged, incorrect or missing items must be reported to us within 5 days of receiving your shipment. We do not offer exchanges.

IMPORTANT RETURN/EXCHANGE RESTRICTIONS: 

• There are NO returns on custom, personalized or made-to-order items.
• There are NO return on items marked CLEARANCE, or seasonal items such as Halloween or Christmas.
  
• There are NO returns on any Pet Car Seats, Carrier Bags, Bicycle Baskets, Beds or Blankets. No exchanges or returns will be accepted, no exceptions! This policy has been implemented due to health reasons and dogs' adversions and tendencies to mark products that have the scent of another animal on them. We want to ensure that all of these products are unused for your pet!
• Our Doggles clothing items are shipped directly from our distributor. Returns or exchanges are charged a 15% restock fee.
  
• There are NO refunds or exchanges on Doggles Goggles or Sunglasses.
• Our Puppia items are shipped directly from our distributor. Returns or exchanges are charged a 15% restock fee.
• Our Doggie Life Jackets ship directly from our distributor. Return or exchanges are charged a 15% restock fee.
  
• All products by Pet Gear™ are FINAL SALE.
• All products by Bowsers™ are FINAL SALE.

Other Special Order Items that ARE eligible for refund may incur a 15% restocking fee or additional shipping/handling fees. Our manufactures and distributors charge this fee and, unfortunately, this is the customer's responsibility.
