Proper measurement is the BEST way to avoid returns due to sizing issues.
We provide sizing charts for all of our designer dog clothes. Different manufactures use different sizing scales. Please read each one carefully. In the event that you have purchased the wrong size we recommend going through the checkout to purchase the size you need right away, then fill out our Return Request Form (link below). Please do not return any merchandise until you are sent the correct return address and information.
Our return policy is to ensure that all of Doggie Clothesline customers receive items in new, excellent condition.
Our return policy has recently changed. We no longer hold any inventory out for a size exchange. We ask that you go through the checkout with the item in the correct size FIRST. Then make note of the new Order Number on the Return Form. Otherwise you will be charged a restock fee of 10%.
Returns are accepted at the discretion of Doggie Clothesline.
In the event you want to return an item, Doggie Clothesline charges a 10% restocking fee.
- Please request all returns within 14 days of receipt of goods.
- We ONLY offer refunds if item is returned in original, unused condition, tags attached, no smells or hair, and in original packaging. All product accessories must also be included.
- There are NO returns on custom, personalized or made-to-order items.
- There are NO returns on toys, jewelry, hair bows & hair accessories.
- There are NO returns or exchanges on items marked SALE or CLEARANCE.
- There are NO returns or exchanges on any Toni Mari designs.
- We do not offer return refunds on any Sports Team products including NFL, MLB, NBA or College Team items (size exchange only).
- We DO NOT offer returns on any Wedding apparel, Halloween or Christmas apparel. This includes, but is not limited to: dog tuxedos, satin dresses, bridesmaid dresses, ring bearer tees, bow ties or neckties collars, or any of our wedding dresses or veils, Halloween costumes, Santa Suits or Christmas apparel.
- Doggie Clothesline is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages.
- Doggie Clothesline charges a 10% restocking fee for all returns if a new order is not placed.
- Customer is responsible for ALL return shipping costs.
- Returns are accepted solely at our discretion. Please allow 2-3 weeks after returning item for refunds to be processed.
All defective, damaged, incorrect or missing items must be reported to us within 5 days of receiving your shipment.
ALL Returns require a Return Request Form to be filled out.
