Proper measurement is the BEST way to avoid returns due to sizing issues.

We provide sizing charts for all of our designer dog clothes. Different manufactures use different sizing scales. Please read each one carefully. In the event that you have purchased the wrong size we offer size exchanges for the same item. We charge an exchange fee of $4.95 to cover return shipping costs. You may request First Class ($4.95) or Priority ($8.85) shipping for your return shipping method.

Our return/exchange policy is to ensure that all of Doggie Clothesline customers recieve items in new, excellent condition.

Doggie Clothesline will not accept returns due to sizing issues if the difference in the size exchange differs by more than one size range in either direction.

Returns/Exchanges are accepted at the discretion of Doggie Clothesline.

• Please request all size exchanges within 14 days of receipt of goods.
• We ONLY offer size exchanges if item is returned in original, unused condition, tags attached, no smells or hair, and in original packaging.
  
• There are NO exchanges on custom, personalized or made-to-order items. 
  
• There are NO exchanges on jewelry, hair bows & hair accessories.
  
• There are NO exchanges on items marked CLEARANCE.
  
• There are NO exchanges on any Toni Mari designs.
  
• There are NO exchanges on any Life Jackets, Pet Car Seats, Pet Car Seat Covers, Pet Tote Bags, Bicycle Baskets, Dog Beds or Blankets. No exchanges or returns will be accepted, no exceptions (unless defective upon delivery)! This policy has been implemented due to health reasons and dogs' adversions and tendencies to mark products that have the scent of another animal on them. 
• ALL products by Pet Gear™ are NON-RETURNABLE.
  
• ALL products by Bowsers™ are NON-RETURNABLE.
  
• Customer is responsible for exchange shipping cost: $4.95 First Class, $8.85 Priority shipping.

In the event you want to return an item with no exchange, Doggie Clothesline charges a 10% restocking fee.

• We DO NOT offer return refunds on any wedding apparel or seasonal costumes. This includes, but is not limited to: dog tuxedos, satin dresses, bridesmaid dresses, ring bearer tees, bow ties or neckties collars, or any of our wedding dresses or veils, Halloween costumes & Christmas apparel. We only offer size exchanges if item is returned in excellent condition. 
  
• Doggie Clothesline is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages.
• Doggie Clothesline charges a 10% restocking fee for all returns. 
  
• Customer is responsible for ALL return shipping costs.
• Returns are accepted solely at our discretion.

 All defective, damaged, incorrect or missing items must be reported to us within 5 days of receiving your shipment. 

ALL Returns require a Return / Exchange Request Form to be filled out.
