We offer three methods of shipping for our IN STOCK items within the USA and US territories:
The United States Postal Service controls the delivery times. These are simply estimates.
NOTE: Orders over $50 may REQUIRE a Signature for delivery. Please consider this when entering your shipping address. We reserve the right to require a Signature for delivery on ANY order. Large orders will ONLY be shipped to the billing address.
Items not in our inventory are shipped SEPARATELY from various locations at specified times. PLEASE allow extra time for these items to arrive.
You may choose your desired shipping method at check-out. All methods use some form of delivery confirmation. You will receive an email with the tracking number at time of shipment. Please be aware that Express Delivery requires a person to sign at time of delivery. Make sure someone is available to sign or the US Postal Service might not deliver.
We are not responsible for parcels lost, damaged, or stolen in transit. Please contact the common carrier used to file a claim. We offer no guarantee of US Postal Service delivery as the US Postal Service does not offer a guarantee.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Paypal. We accept checks and cashiers checks, but will hold order for 14 days before shipping. All prices are displayed and charged in U.S. currency. We do not accept Visa Gift Cards. Please note that your credit card will be charged at time order is placed.
Sales tax (6%) will be added to Arkansas residents only.
Products offered at Doggie Clothesline are shipped from warehouses in Arkansas, California, Colorado, Florida, Texas, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Your order may arrive in several packages depending on it's original destination.
We do not ship internationally. We only ship within the United States at this time. There are many regulations that come into play with worldwide shipping and we are not able to do this at this time.
