We offer three methods of shipping for our IN STOCK items within the USA and US territories:

• First Class USPS w/ delivery confirmation normally takes 2-10 days to arrive ~$4.90 for first 2 items, then extra $1 per item. 
• Priority USPS w/ delivery confirmation normally takes 1-6 days to arrive ~$7.25 for first 2 items, then extra $1 per item.
• Express USPS ~ 2nd Day Guarantee w/ signature confirmation is normally delivered the next day. Rural address could take 2 days. Orders placed by 10:00am PST will be shipped the same day ~ $27.50 for 1-2 items, $32.50 for 3-4 items, $37.50 for 5-6 items, $42.50 for 7-8 items, $47.50 for 9 items and up.

The United States Postal Service controls the delivery times. These are simply estimates.

NOTE: Orders over $50 may REQUIRE a Signature for delivery. Please consider this when entering your shipping address. We reserve the right to require a Signature for delivery on ANY order. Large orders will ONLY be shipped to the billing address.

Items not in our inventory are shipped SEPARATELY from various locations at specified times. PLEASE allow extra time for these items to arrive.

NOTE: IN STOCK items kept in our inventory ship to all 50 states, US territories & Canada. Items not in our inventory do not ship to Canada.

If you are ordering from Alaska or Hawaii please contact us first to see if your desired items are available.

You may choose your desired shipping method at check-out.  All methods use some form of delivery confirmation. You will receive an email with the tracking number at time of shipment.  Please be aware that Express Delivery requires a person to sign at time of delivery.  Make sure someone is available to sign or the US Postal Service might not deliver.

We ship Express & Priority orders daily, Mon-Fri.

First Class orders ship within 48 hrs. This applies to IN STOCK items only.

We are not responsible for parcels lost, damaged, or stolen in transit. Please contact the common carrier used to file a claim. We offer no guarantee of US Postal Service delivery as the US Postal Service does not offer a guarantee.

If the item you wish to purchase says it will ship from a different location, remember this item is NOT stocked and requires EXTRA TIME for shipping. The shipping method is determined by the manufacture. Most of our distributors ship FedEx, DHL or UPS.

Please use our Shipping Quote to Canada form for ALL Canadian addresses. Only our IN STOCK items can ship to Canada. Canadian addresses cannot go through the website checkout. Orders are placed by phone or email. We make every effort to respond to your request within 2-3 business days. Shipping charges will depend on products, weight, zip code, and method of shipping.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Paypal. We accept checks and cashiers checks, but will hold order for 14 days before shipping.  All prices are displayed and charged in U.S. currency. We do not accept Visa Gift Cards.

Occasionally we may take your order and consequently discover that the item is not available for shipping (i.e. backordered, sold out).  In such cases, we will notify you via email of the status and do our utmost to fulfill the order as soon as possible.

Product availability is subject to change without notice.  We do our best to correct errors when discovered, and we reserve the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions (including after an order has been submitted).
