We offer three methods of shipping for our IN STOCK items:
- First Class USPS w/ delivery confirmation is $3.99 and normally takes 2-6 days to arrive.
- Priority USPS w/ delivery confirmation is $6.50 and normally takes 1-4 days to arrive.
- Express USPS ~ NEXT DAY w/ signature confirmation is $22.00 and is normally delivered the next day. Rural address could take 2 days. Orders placed by 10:00am PST will be shipped the same day.
The United States Postal Service controls the delivery times. These are simply estimates.
You may choose your desired shipping method at check-out. All methods use some form of delivery confirmation. You will receive an email with the tracking number at time of shipment. Please be aware that Express Delivery requires a person to sign at time of delivery. Make sure someone is available to sign or the US Postal Service might not deliver.

* We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are shipped.
If you are ordering an item that is SPECIAL ORDER ITEM, remember this item is NOT stocked and requires EXTRA TIME for shipping. The shipping method is determined by the manufacture. You should select First Class shipping when ordering SPECIAL ORDER Items. Most of our manufactures ship FedEx or UPS.

* We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. We accept checks and cashiers checks, but will hold order for 14 days before shipping. All prices are displayed and charged in U.S. currency.
* We can only sell to U.S. delivery addresses.

* Sales tax will be added to California residents only.
We do our best to ship out orders as quickly as possible. In stock orders are shipped within 1-2 days. In order to offer a wide selection of merchandise, some items may not be in our inventory. Some items are shipped from other locations and may take a few extra days to arrive to you. We try to list this information on the specific item page this applies to. E-mail us at info@doggieclothesline.com to find out approximate shipping time on desired item(s). After processing your order, allow 1-5 business days for delivery, depending on your location and shipping method.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES: (back to top)
Order the wrong size or color?? Simply place an order online for the correct item(s) and return the items you don't want in their original condition. The original credit card used for the purchase will be credited for returned items, minus shipping. Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt.
Please use our Return Request Form for ALL returns. Doggie Clothesline is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages.
The customer is responsible for ALL return shipping costs.
We DO NOT accept returns on sale, clearance items, or seasonal items such as Halloween or Christmas Costumes. We ONLY except refunds if item is returned in original, unused condition, tags attached, and in original packaging. All defective, damaged, incorrect or missing items must be reported to us within 5 days of receiving your shipment.

* ALL returns require a Return Request Form to be filled out.
* There are NO refunds on personalized or made-to-order items.
* NO refunds on ANY items by Bone Diggers. Items requesting an exchange from Bone Diggers will be charged $10 exchange fee.
* Returns of NON-personalized Melia products will incur a 15% restocking fee.
* All beds, carriers & totes, mats, blankets and car seats are FINAL SALE. No
exchanges or returns will be accepted, no exceptions! This policy has
been implemented due to health reasons and dogs' adversions and
tendencies to mark products that have the scent of another animal on
them. We want to ensure that all of these products are unused for your
pet! Other Special Order Items that ARE eligible for refund will incur a 15% restocking fee. The manufactures charge this fee and, unfortunately, we have to pass it on to the customer.
Doggie Clothesline does NOT charge a restocking fee for returns on IN STOCK items.
SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS: (back to top)
In order to offer a wide selection of merchandise, some items are not in our inventory. If
you order more than one item, and one or more of your items are SPECIAL
ORDER, your IN STOCK item(s) will be shipped per our normal processing
time. Your SPECIAL ORDER item(s) will be shipped separately at no additional shipping charge when they become available.
If your desired item is
listed as SPECIAL ORDER, please allow the extra time required before
shipping. Each item listed as SPECIAL ORDER states the amount of time
you should allow before this item is shipped. You may still choose
between First Class and Priority Mail, for any IN STOCK items you purchase.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY: (back to top)
Occasionally we may take your order and consequently discover that the item is not available for shipping (i.e. backordered, sold out). In such cases, we will notify you via email of the status and do our utmost to fulfill the order as soon as possible.
Product availability is subject to change without notice. We do our best to correct errors when discovered, and we reserve the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions (including after an order has been submitted).
We reserve the right to change or discontinue our shipping policy at any time.
